Announcement At School:

I was at school and the speaker went on saying that someone is about to announce something really special. It said “Please make your way to the hall for a special announcement. There was silence and then everyone started pushing and shoving in the corridor trying to get to the hall to hear what the principal wanted to say.  Two minutes later after being totally squashed I finally made my way to the hall just in time to hear the announcement. The principal was saying “There will be a 40hr famine challenge happening at our school. The student who hands in the most money will receive a special prize from the principal”. My heart was filled with joy just to hear that announcement. I then went straight to the office to get myself one of the 40hr famine plastic bags filled with all the information I needed to know about this challenge.  Once I got home I went straight to the kitchen but what I saw was that my whole family were looking at me holding one of their own 40hr famine plastic bags. We then decided to work through this challenge together.
