Preventing Illnesses.

The condition of being ill is something that affects your mind and body.


Common Illnesses:
  1. Flu
  2. Ebola
  3. Chickenpox
  4. Measles
  5. Cold


The causes of these common illnesses is first by poor hygiene. Poor hygiene can cause a lot of severe conditions in your body that can stay with you forever just like diabetes and diarrhea. Some other causes that can affect you from illness is a sore throat, headaches and not washing hands because they can spread germs to other people and it can also spread to the world around you and that can be a real disaster.


To prevent these illnesses you can:
  1. Wash your hands
  2. Exercise regularly
  3. Wash fruit and veggies thoroughly
  4. Eat healthy
  5. Wear appropriate clothes in the right season


To stop you from getting ill you can:
  • Exercise
  • Sleep early
  • Eat healthy
  • Keep away from eating fast food
  • Go to visit the doctor


Please use these tips on how to prevent or avoid getting ill.
And remember When ‘I’ is removed and replaced by the word ‘we’

In the past week Mrs Golder(Teacher) prepared a reading activity for the students to do at home for our homework. That activity was to make a new presentation for our topic Water Sustainability.
